Prodigal Private Security (PPS), offers a range of services to the events industry. Starting with pre-event preparation and on-site consulting services, to the more active event security and management arm of our business, with an expanding role in logistics management and coordination. These individual services are very often packaged together for added value to the consumer and the development of long-term customer relationships.
PPS offers the following services:
- On-Site Event Planning/Preparation: General on-site planning accounts for mapping crowd flow, movement patterns, and identifying potential trouble spots or areas of concern. This time allows PPS and the client to begin developing an open information exchange.
- Logistics Planning/Guest Management: Tracking and controlling guest entrance and egress from the venue, the property surrounding that venue, and in many cases, the transport of hundreds of guests between multiple venues.
- Event Management: From overseeing the guests, the event staff and venue personnel to handling interactions with local law enforcement as well as emergency medical situations; the actual event brings a host of problems that require immediate workable and practical solutions, and PPS thrives in this area.
PPS is routinely called upon to find immediate solutions to unforeseen problems and emergencies, and it is this ability to answer the call that sets PPS far apart from the pack. PPS is not a "stand and watch" type of company, it is an "anticipate, solve, and resolve" company. In the last few years, the ability to react to adversity and respond with higher levels of performance and purpose has been studied through the vantage point of a wide range of academic disciplines. I have had the opportunity to study a substantial portion of this body of work, and my conclusions are this; that Prodigal is unique in our field in its ability to meet the following criteria:
